Operation Mav
Jan. 12th, 2010 03:13 pmIt is fifteen hundred hours and Operation Mav is in full swing. It began early this morning when General Charles got me on the horn to tell me that he was sending one of his ablest Lieutenants over to complete the missions we'd discussed last week. These included 1) Schlepping things out to the garage. 2) Helping take a ton of garbage out. 3) Hanging two curtain rods and a hanger for mops and brooms. Lieutenant Abe distinguished himself in all three and received a commendation. In the process it was discovered that there is a leak in the garage roof.
My missions:
Completed: 1) Basement bathroom fully cleaned and sanitized. 2) Basement carpet vacuumed. 3) Mav-area spruced up. 4) Upstairs bath cleaned and sanitized. 5) Some garbage removed from living area. 6) Bedroom and living room dusted. 7) Some family documents put away. 8) Kitchen partially cleaned.
Still to come: 1) Vacuuming of sun porch and living room. 2) Complete decluttering of sun porch. 3) Kitchen must be finished. 4) Remopping of kitchen floor. 5) More garbage out. 6) Decluttering of living room and bedroom to be completed. 7) Changing of sheets. 8) Laundry to be finished, and where applicable folded and put away.
Agent Mav will be arriving at approximately eleven hundred hours tomorrow. If all goes as planned, all missions should be complete and General Charles will come by for a debriefing on roof leaks as well as to greet Agent Mav.
Dargie out.
